  • Hey Matt, my friend plays overseas for Watford Academy. He showed me some drills for footwork, accuracy and agility. Do I have to do it directly from what he said or change it up a bit because I think I might not work on it probably

  • I started playing soccer in 7th grade, im in 10th now, besides the fact, my first year i scored 14 goals, i thaught forsure i would go pro and be better than anybody the next couple years of middleschool soccer, long story short, i didnt make the middle school team that year, i made it in 8th and practicaly sat bench the season.. 9th grade i didnt score any goals and actually started and played alot of minutes. now i do travel soccer for MY age group and i have had a few chances the last 2 games we had, but cant score. matter of fact, we went against a team last weekend that was undefeated and i got past their keeper and hit the outside netting of the goal..

    please give me tips on how to score, its really causing me depression deep down, its all i think about is scoring that goal

  • You should do a video on Exertion Headaches. Have you ever experienced these from weight lifting? If so, you should do a video explaining how you overcame these symptoms. I have been experiencing these lately when I go to the gym and it has been holding me back from doing any workouts. Next Two Minute Tuesday?

    The 2 minutes that you do is amazing idea, different and useful, HOWEVER.. Is it only me that, you try to cover some topics that usually would take much more time and in-depth discussion, to actually understand it or at least the basics. Personally, for these Tuesdays, I think that it would be much better to have something no so crucial and instead, think of another day or way to present more in details such stuff. No hate, thats just me and my opinion! Keep grinding 😉
